OUR FEES BETTER EXPLAINED
SIBLING/MULTI CLASS DISCOUNTS
We offer the following Sibling/Multi Class discounts as per the table below. This discount should be automatically applied to the lowest class fee.
MONTHLY FEE SCHEDULE
Your IClass Pro account will be charged on the 1st of each month and your credit card on file will be processed on the same day.
Regardless of whether the month is a 4 class/week or 5 class/week month you will be charged the same amount. Therefore the 4 class months effectively pay a little more to make up for the ‘extra’ class in the 5 week months.
E.g. February 2024 is a 5 week month for a Thursday class, but only a 4 week month for a Friday class. They still pay their full monthly fee (as outlined above).
PRO-RATION FOR CLASS CLOSURES/MID MONTH ENROLMENT
Pro-ration occurs due to set blackout dates (class closures) or due to mid-month enrolment.
Pro-ration is calculated by the total fee divided over the possible occurrences that month, then multiplied by how many will actually occur.
E.g. February 2024 is a 5 week month for a Thursday class, but person joins for the 3rd week (they have 3 classes for the month of February). Their pro-ration will be the total fee divided over the 5 weeks, multiplied by the 3 classes they are attending.
E.g. March 2024 has 2 full weeks of class closures due to Spring Break. So, depending on which day your class occurs there will be 4 or 5 total weeks coming down to either 2 or 3 actual occurrences. So it will be full class fee, divided by 4 or 5 multiplied by 2 or 3.
WITHDRAWALS
2 weeks written notice is required for withdrawals*. If this is in time for the 1st of the next month (roughly by the 15th of the previous month), you will not be charged for the following month. Please email us using the email in the footer of this website!
If it is prior to the 1st of the month, but after the 15th of the previous month, you will be charged on the 1st for a pro-rated amount for the following month (e.g. one to two classes worth).
If the notification comes through between the 1st and the 15th of the same month (you have already paid for the entire month), you will receive a pro-rated refund on the amount already paid for the class that will be missed following the two weeks notice.
*Two week’s notice is given based on the class day. E.g. if your class date is a Thursday and you let us know on the Friday that you would like to withdraw, we will count two more classes (Thursdays) and the second Thursday will be the withdrawal date. If you let us know on the Wednesday (before the class), we can count the next day as the first class of the two weeks notice.
IMPORTANT NOTES
5% GST is applied to the total payment once these calculations have been made.
If your account has a balance remaining, Cloud Gymnastics Inc. reserves the right to remove the student from the class until the account balance has been paid in full.
