  1. What should my athlete wear to class?
    Comfortable fitting clothing (e.g. leggings and a t-shirt). Their hair should be tied back. Athletes should remove shoes AND socks prior to participating in class as they need their barefeet to grip safely on equipment.

  2. Can I take photos of my child?
    While all parents have agreed to our photography and media policy for their students, we do ask parents to refrain from taking photography of their child as you have not gained permission from other children and/or coaches to own their photograph. If you would like a photo of your child doing something, please kindly ask a coach and, if possible we can facilitate some photos at the end of class - provided there is no back to back class for the coach.

  3. Do you do Drop Ins?
    No, we do not do drop ins. Cloud is a class-based program and in order to ensure the quality of coaching we endeavour to provide (and also due to our insurance requirements) we have strict class ratios that we must adhere to.

  4. Can my child do a free trial?
    At this time, we can happily offer a refund for the rest of the month minus the first two classes, however, we must be notified immediately after the first class (on the same day) in writing that you would like to withdraw. Otherwise, the usual refund policy will apply - requiring two full week’s notice prior to the final class (i.e. you would have to pay for the next two classes as well). Please note, this leniency is only available for new members.

  5. Do you do/have make-up classes?
    Yes! We now have Make up Tokens! Please click here to read about them.

  6. My child is almost x years old, can they just join the next class up?
    Our classes will allow children who are x years and 8 months or older to join the class above, however you know your child best and if you think they should remain in the lower age group that is great! We ask you to please consider the other children in the class.
    For our 3 year old classes we do require them to have turned 3 before they do the class and we recommend for them to have done a parent and tot one previously to ensure they are used to the environment and expectations.

  7. Do you do Birthday Parties?
    Yes, we can offer Birthday parties on a case by case basis depending on coach availability. Please email us to find out more information and we can send you our pricing etc.

  8. When is High Clouds and Higher-level classes coming?
    We will be doing some High Cloud’s Classes from September with the amazing Liz as the coach. We have still been able to maintain and advance skills while we wait for new bars!
    We currently do have a Thunderclouds Invite Only Development program. If you are interested in more information regarding this, please contact us.

  9. Do you have Adult Classes?

  10. Do you take school groups/homeschooling groups?
    Yes, we are more than happy to discuss taking school groups! Please reach out to us via email and we can set something up.

  11. Can we rent out your space?
    Unfortunately you cannot rent out our space due to both insurance and lease restrictions. Anything run in our space must be through the Cloud Gymnastics Business and by it’s employees.

  12. How do the rainbow levels work? My child just completed x, do they move to the next class now?
    Please see the below information graphic we have created to better explain our rainbow “levels” and how they work. If your child has completed (and passed) a colour that is the last colour in that class, your coach will reach out to you about moving them into the next class.
    Please remember that as the colours become more difficult it is very normal for an athlete to repeat this colour and it is important for them to do this so they can have the correct foundations for the next colour.
