How to register in our Nimbus Adults classes:

  1. Go to our website and hit “register here”

  2. Make an account

  3. Add yourself as a student (you must be a student in addition to the account holder, to add yourself to the class)

  4. Ensure you’ve accepted all the waivers and policies

  5. Navigate in the top left to ‘punch passes’

  6. Select the appropriate pass.

  7. You can now see your punch passes in your “My Account” tab and you can select “use punch pass for class”, then select the dates you would like to attend and enrol in that class/es.

*Please note: The classes will only show up to be enrolled in once you have purchased a punch pass.

About our Nimbus Adults classes

Nimbus Adults Self Guided with instruction open session - previous experience required

SCHEDULE:

  • Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm*

  • Wednesdays 11:30am - 1:00pm

  • Thursdays 11:15am - 2:00pm

  • Fridays 11:30am - 1:00pm

Capped at 10 participants.

*For the Tuesday evening class, we are allowing 16-18yr olds to participant as long as they are coming as an activity with their parent/guardian.

PRICE:

  • Single punch passes are $22+GST

  • 5 punch pass $90+GST ($18/class)

  • 10 punch card pass for $140+ GST ($14/class)

  • Membership option: $99/month for unlimited use within our scheduled sessions (outlined above). This monthly fee will be pro-rated when our gym is closed during our blackout dates. Cancellation is with 2 weeks notice as per our auto-billing policy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a self-guided adult class with instruction provided. This means that there will be a coach who can assist in giving feedback on skills you have chosen to work on*, we can also help with drill ideas and some spotting*. *within the coaches expertise.

Classes are capped at 10 people so, we encourage you to punch in prior to the class time, but you are welcome to come at any point within the scheduled times. If you have remaining punch passes please apply them to a class at a later date.

ABOUT THE COACH

Olivia was a National Level Gymnast in Australia with 12+ years of coaching experience. She holds a Bachelors in Physiotherapy and certificates in Personal Training. She has been involved in various other sports in her adult life and is currently an avid Crossfitter.

Nimbus Adults Flex and Fit (18+ year olds)

SCHEDULE: Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm & Thursdays 9:30am - 10:30am

This is a Gymnastics Fitness focussed and structured class. It’s the perfect blend of a full-body workout and basic gymnastics skills, making it accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to boost your strength, flexibility, or coordination, this class is structured to give you a challenging and rewarding experience. With a focus on gymnastics-based fitness, you’ll work on developing core stability, upper body strength, and overall mobility, all while learning foundational gymnastics drills. While you won’t necessarily be flipping around the gym straight away (but maybe eventually), you’ll get a taste of the techniques that make gymnastics such a powerful fitness tool.

PRICE:

Single punch passes are $28+GST

We will also offer a 5 class punch pass for $115+GST ($23/class) and a 10 punch card pass for $200+ GST ($20/class)

No previous gymnastics experience is necessary, so whether you're new to the sport or returning after years, this class will help you build a stronger, more flexible, and capable body!

ABOUT THE COACH

Opal is an Aussie with a background in coaching Multi-sport programs and Physical Education in Schools. She also holds a Sports Science and teaching degree and has coached high level Women's Soccer in Canada.
