Make Up Tokens
Absence Notification (Important!):
If your child will miss a class, it’s essential that you email us in advance (or mark it through the online portal) with the reason for the absence so that other people can use their make up tokens to go into that temporary available space! The more people do this, the more each of you will be able to use your make up tokens!
If the absence is due to illness, please provide a doctor’s certificate to receive additional tokens or a credit/refund.
Eligibility for Makeup Tokens:
You are allowed 1 makeup token per month for a missed class, for any reason.
If your child has been sick, we can provide additional tokens or a credit/refund (with a doctor’s note).
How to Use a Makeup Token:
The makeup token can be used for any class of the same type your child is enrolled in, as long as there is space available in that class.
If a class is full, you won’t be able to use the token for that session.
Temporary Nature of the Makeup Token:
Please note that the makeup token is temporary and expires within 30 days. If you cannot find a suitable class to use your token within this period, unfortunately, it will expire.
Steps to Access and Use Your Makeup Token:
Log into your Cloud Gymnastics account.
Find the makeup token linked to your missed class.
Select an available class within the next 30 days that has space, ensuring it is the same type of class your child is enrolled in.
Coach Consistency:
While you may have a different coach for the makeup class, rest assured all our coaches follow the same weekly lesson plan, so your child will stay on track with the curriculum.
